The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Act No. 26 of 2021) receives the assent of the President on the 11th August 2021 and was published in the Official Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 1, New Delhi, Thursday, 12 August 2021.
