RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of Four NBFCs


The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), in the exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration of the following companies:

  1. M/s Psychotropics Leasing and Finance Private Limited, Faridabad, (Haryana)

  2. M/s Saan Popular Finance Private Limited, Pathanamthitta, (Kerala)

  3. M/s Classic Leafin Private Limited, Hyderabad, (Telangana)

  4. M/s Alka Mercantile Private Limited (Presently known as M/s Surbhi Mercantile Private Limited), New Delhi.
