NCLAT notifies the Bench notified for holding Virtual Court-II at 2 pm on 23-8-2021 is reconstituted


National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Principal Bench, New Delhi published notice that the Bench notified for holding Virtual Court - II at 02:00 PM on 23rd August 2021 is reconstituted. The composition of the re-constituted Bench shall be as under:


1. Hon’ble Mr. Justice Jarat Kumar Jain, Member (Judicial)

2. Hon’ble Dr. Alok Srivastava, Member (Technical)
