National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), New Delhi permitted e-filing of pleadings and other documents in advance. In order to curtail the delays, the Ld. Advocates/ Authorized Representatives/ Parties-in-Person in all pending matters filed before 04.01.2021, may in advance e-file their pleadings along with their annexures/ documents. The online filing and hard copies filed earlier must match with proper pagination.
