National Company Law Tribunal amends sitting time of New Delhi, Mumbai, Amravati & Bengaluru benches


This Order of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) dated 15 July 2021 vide File No. 10/03/2021-NCLT has reference of its earlier Order dated 25 June 2021 is hereby amended with regard to the sitting time of Principal Bench at New Delhi (Court No. I), Mumbai Bench (Court No. I), Amravati and Bengaluru Benches. This shall come into force w.e.f 19.07.2021 till further order.
