Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, the regulatory body of the insolvency law in India is organising a webinar on 'International Conference on Insolvency Law and CISG@40' in association with GNLU Centre for Corporate and Insolvency Law, UNCITRAL National Co-ordination Committee India and UN UNCITRAL.
The conference will be held in online mode in six different sessions starting from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM on 18 December, 2020.
