Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) has been organising regular workshops for the benefit of the Insolvency Professionals (IPs) who are a key service provider in the IBC ecosystem. IBBI has organized 11 Advanced Workshops on various topics/ themes, for the IPs till date. The IPs need an array of abilities to deliver on their statutory duties and obligations in an ever-evolving market environment. It is essential that the IPs have capacity commensurate with their responsibilities and duties under the Code and they upgrade their capacity, on a continuous basis, to meet the evolving needs.
In order to meet the needs of dynamic market realities and to understand the interests of the IPs, for topics to be covered in the upcoming Advanced Workshops to be conducted by IBBI, it is proposed to obtain a preference of IPs for various topics which could be covered in the forthcoming Workshops. It is accordingly requested that the IPs may rank various topics as per your order of preference for inclusion in the workshop, in the google form (link given below), within 3 days, from the date of this notification.
Please note that a scale of 1 to 10 will be utilized to rank each topic, wherein a score of 1 denotes least preferred while a score of 10 denotes most preferred topic. Your valuable inputs/ feedback would help IBBI in structuring content of the forthcoming Advanced Workshops to help meet the emerging needs of the IPs for capacity augmentation.
