The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board India (IBBI) notified the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Professionals) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2022 on 13th September 2022.
The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Professionals) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2022 prohibits insolvency professionals from accepting /sharing any fees or charges from any professional and/or support service provider who is appointed under the processes.
