IBBI in association with the British HC organises a Workshop for IPs on “Sale as Going Concern”




Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) in association with the British High Commission (BHC) organises a Workshop for Insolvency Professionals (IPs) on Sale as Going Concern.


The purpose of the Workshop is to explain the process of the sale as a going concern during liquidation, followed by the roles and responsibilities enshrined upon the liquidator and key issues that are faced by the liquidator during the sale as a going concern process in the Indian context. The session will also highlight the insights on the UK perspective on sale as a going concern process. This will be followed by a panel discussion on certain challenges and efforts will be made to find the answers to the unexplored arenas of the sale as a going concern by both UK and Indian panellists.
