IBBI in association with NLUO and NeSL Organizing a Two-day Conference on Finance, Economics, Banking, and Insolvency Laws

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), in association with the National Law University, Odisha (NLUO) and National E-Governance Services Ltd. (NeSL), is organizing a two-day conference on 'Finance, Economics, Banking, and Insolvency Laws' from 7-8 September 2024 at the National Law University, Odisha (NLUO).


 

Call for Abstracts Submission

 

Guidelines:

The Centre for Banking & Insurance Laws (CBIL) invites participants to submit abstracts for consideration. Abstracts should be between 300 to 500 words and submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format through a Google form released by the Centre.


Formatting Requirements:

  • Font: Times New Roman

  • Font Size: 12

  • Line Spacing: 1.5"

  • Margin: 1"


Abstract Content:

Each submission must include:

  • Title of the proposed article

  • A minimum of 5 references (not included in the word limit)

  • A concise overview covering the aims, approach, key results, and significance of the work


Co-Authorship:

Co-authorship is permitted with a maximum of two authors per submission.

Call for Papers Submission

 

Guidelines:

The Centre for Banking & Insurance Laws (CBIL) welcomes submissions in the form of descriptive, analytical, or critical analyses on specific subjects. Submitted works should reflect original and unpublished content not currently under review elsewhere.


Submission Requirements:

  • Length: 3,000 to 5,000 words

  • Maximum Similarity: 15%

  • Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) through a Google form released by the Centre


Formatting Requirements:

  • Font: Times New Roman

  • Font Size: 12

  • Line Spacing: 1.5"

  • Margin: 1"

  • Footnotes: Font Size 10, Line Spacing 1"

  • Citations: Uniform Oscola 4th Edition citation style


Co-Authorship:

Articles may be authored by a maximum of two co-authors.
