Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) has collaborated with O.P. Jindal Global University and Jindal Global Law School for the launch of "Jindal Global Law School Insolvency Law Working Paper Series" (JGILS). JGILS is an open-source working paper series conceptualized to create conversation and content between the theory-practice divide that exists in the study of insolvency and bankruptcy law in India. With its launchpad papers from leading practitioners, the JGILS two-day launch event (2-3 September 2021) is structured to increase dialogue between policy, theory, implementation and research; locally and globally.
