The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) announced the results of the 5th National Online Quiz on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, which was conducted in collaboration with MyGov.in and the BSE Investors’ Protection Fund. This initiative aimed to enhance awareness and understanding of the Code among stakeholders nationwide. The Quiz, held from August 1 to August 31, 2024, marked the fifth iteration of a series that began in 2020, and it received an overwhelming response from participants across the country.
Mr. Mayank Rathi emerged as the top performer in this edition, earning a Gold Medal and a cash prize of ₹1,00,000. Ms. Shweta Pant was recognized as the second-best performer, receiving a Silver Medal and a cash prize of ₹50,000, while Ms. Sangeeta was awarded a Bronze Medal along with ₹25,000. Additionally, the next ten best performers will each receive consolation prizes of ₹10,000 and a Certificate of Merit.
The awards for the top three performers will be presented at the eighth Annual Day of IBBI, scheduled for October 1, 2024, at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi. The IBBI extends heartfelt congratulations to the winners and expresses gratitude to all participants for their enthusiastic involvement. The Board also acknowledges the support of MyGov.in and the BSE Investors’ Protection Fund in organizing this successful event.
