The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) announced the results of the 3rd National Online Quiz on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. As part of the ongoing ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ celebrations, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) in collaboration with MyGov.in and BSE Investors’ Protection Fund, conducted the ‘3rd National Online Quiz on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016’, to promote awareness and understanding of the Code among various stakeholders, across the country. The Quiz was open from 16th April, 2022 to 15th May, 2022.
The 3rd edition of this Quiz was in continuation to the two quizzes organized earlier, in the years 2020 and 2021. The 3rd edition of the Quiz received an overwhelming response with over 71,000 participants from across the country. The Quiz received interest from a wide range of stakeholders, including students, professionals and employees.
Ms. Deepali Mamodiya (User Id - 59906494) emerged as the best performer and is to be awarded a Gold Medal with a cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000 (One lakh rupees).
Mr. Kishan Verma (User Id - 43969264) has been declared the second-best performer and to get Silver Medal with a cash prize of Rs.50,000 (Fifty thousand rupees).
Mr. Pankaj Nenvani (User Id - 62759094) is to receive a Bronze Medal and a cash prize of Rs.25,000 (Twenty-five thousand rupees).
The next ten best performers would be awarded consolation prizes of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand rupees) each along with a Certificate of Merit.
The awards to the top three best performers, as indicated in mentioned above, would be given away by Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, Hon’ble Minister of Finance and Minister of Corporate Affairs at a function being organized at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on 7th June 2022. In addition, as per the Terms of the Quiz, the top 10% of performers are entitled to receive ‘Certificates of Merit’, which will be emailed to them.
The IBBI extends its heartiest congratulations to the best performers and all the top 10% performers in the Quiz and would like to thank all the participants for their overwhelming participation in the quiz. IBBI would also like to thank MyGov.in and BSE Investors’ Protection Fund for their support in organizing the Quiz.
