Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) announced the provisional list of IPs prepared in accordance with 'Guidelines for Appointment of IPs as Administrators under the SEBI (Appointment of Administrator and Procedure for Refunding to the Investors) Regulations, 2018 for appointment as Administrator for a period from 1 April 2021 to 30 September 2021 .
The observations if any, on this provisional list shall be mailed only at ra.irp@ibbi.gov.in by 6.00 pm of 23 March 2021.
