S.O. 3212(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Jayanti Prasad, as a Whole-time member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post i.e. with effect from the 5th July, 2022 or up to the age of sixty-five years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
