Notification G.S.R. 635(E) dated 15th September 2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021 (33 of 2021) and in supersession of the Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal and other Authorities (Qualifications, Experience and other Conditions of Service of Members) Rules, 2020 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government notified the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021 and published by the Ministry of Finance in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (i), New Delhi, Thursday 16 September 2021.
