Government extends the entrustment of additional charge of the post of Presiding Officer in DRTs

In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 the Central Government hereby extend the entrustment of additional charge of the post of Presiding Officer in Debts Recovery Tribunals for a further period up to 30.09.2021, or till joining of a regular incumbent, or till further orders, whichever is the earliest.
