The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), established under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, has invited applications for the engagement of Research Associates (RAs) on a contract basis to support its functions under the Code. The following are the key details of the notice:

Qualifications and Eligibility (Annexure A)
Essential:
LL.B. or equivalent from a recognized university or institution.
Qualified to be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961.
Desirable:
Consistent high academic performance.
LL.M. or Doctoral Degree in Law or related fields from a reputed institution.
Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Regulatory Law, Business Law, or Economics.
Experience Requirement
3 to 5 years of employment, practice, or research experience in NCLT/NCLAT/IBBI/IBC or related fields.
Compensation
Monthly remuneration: ₹80,000 with a 10% annual increase.
