The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) is conducting a one-day Advanced Workshop on Case Study of Resolution of NTL Electronics India Limited and Sale as Going Concern under Liquidation of Southern Online Bio Technologies Limited under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 on 27th September 2022 (Tuesday), in Virtual Mode, for the Insolvency Professionals, who are registered with IBBI and have attended Basic Workshop in the past.
